Why work with GVR

GVR’s services are complimentary to your practice. We care about your relationship with your client and do not offer general medical services, referring these, such as X-Rays, back to you.

You will deepen your client relationships when you recommend GVR as part of the care team for your patients. Your clients will love the complimentary services we offer and how we care for them and their pets.

GVR’s team of certified veterinarians and therapists, collectively have over twenty-five years of rehabilitation-specific experience and numerous advanced certifications in rehabilitation and pain management.  We are especially skilled in diagnosing and addressing soft tissue injuries, neurologic conditions and pain management issues. We have had great success in using non-pharmaceutical methods to improve quality of life issues due to pain, arthritis, stiffness, weakness and proprioception.

Our expertise is widely recognized; as a model practice in the field of veterinary physical rehabilitation, GVR often hosts internships of other veterinarians, therapists and students wanting to improve their skills and understanding of small animal rehabilitation.

Trusting us with you patients will lead to their improved quality of life as well as appreciation by their owners.

How we work with referring veterinarians

We see ourselves as your partner in the care of our shared patent. We are happy to communication with you, regarding their progress, as intensively as you wish.  Our standard is to send you a detailed letter immediately after our initial evaluation with our findings and recommendations.  However, we may call to discuss a case as it progresses. We can provide you additional progress updates, as you would like.
